Inside: 25+ trusted local pros across home care, repairs, AC, plumbing, roofing, and trades. The exact people we trust with our own homes and our clients' homes.
Finding good help shouldn't be this hard.
We noticed the same thing, so we made this quick list to fix it.
You don't know who to trust, and online reviews all feel the same.
You called three companies and waited days without a single call back.
You're not sure if the quote you got is fair or wildly overpriced.
The AC goes out in July and you're scrambling for someone fast.
You just moved to Central Florida and don't have a go-to person for anything yet.
"That's why we keep this list. These are the people we call ourselves."
Hi, we're Jessica & David Macias
We're a husband-and-wife team at Haus M | Keller Williams Advantage III here in Orlando. Jessica is originally from Puerto Rico, and like you, we're homeowners who know how stressful it is to find dependable help.
We help families in Orlando, Lake Nona, Wedgefield and nearby Central Florida areas sell their current home and buy their next one.
We put this list together just to be helpful — no kickbacks, no sponsored spots. Save it so you always have someone you can trust when something comes up!
